second offense driving under suspention
Do you know what the penalty is for second offense DUS in SC.

The penalty is a fine (which varies) and up to 60 days in jail, which can be waived. Often we can get then to reduce a second offense to a first offense with just a fine and no jail time here in Horry County. If the original suspension was Drunk Driving related there could be some mandatory jail time
