posesion of marajuana

can south carolina dmv suspend my lisence for possesion of marajuana if i already paid all fines? p.s. i live in ny.

South Carolina does not have the right to suspend a person't out-of-state driver's license. However, South Carolina does have the right to suspend a person's driving privliges within the state of South Carolina.
