Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

pushed too the limits
i was stopped for speeding .when i was stopped the officer asked me what my hurry was .he then stated that i went by him @90 mph. if he clocked me @90 when he started to pursue me should he not of had his lights on .take that this was @ 1:00 am . when i looked up into my rearview mirror all i seen were headlights ofa speeding car on my bumper .at that time i was cruisin at 75 mph . still no bluelights. i couldn't tell what type of car or anything else that were behind me.so i did what anyone else would of done . i speeded up yet he was still on my bumper . i have yet to see or hear lights or siren from the officer he never blue lighted me until i reached 113mph with him behind me.is there something i can do about this . thank you

There is no law requiring a police officer to engage his blue lights when clocking a motorist.
