Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina
S.C. 55/35 not show up on driving record?
In the State of South Carolina can a speeding ticket 53miles an hour in a 35 be reduced to a lesser charge so it will not be on your record?

Any conviction will show on a driving record. What concerns most people is the points. 53/35 is a 4 point violation. That can be reduced to a 2 point. It cannot be reduced to a -0- point speeding violation because there is not -0- speeding ticket in SC. Sometimes they will "rewrite" the ticket for another violation that carries no points. It all depends.
