Simple possession

I would like to know all of my options for my first simple possession marijuana charge besides pleading guilty such as pretrialintervention or conditional discharge

Well, those are your options if the Solicitor will agree one of those programs. Both programs are, "referral" programs which means that you have to have the Solicitor's consent. Your only other option is to go to trial, which can have its advantages and disadvantages, depending on the facts and evidence of the particular case. Having an attorney go over the case for you is an extremely prudent thing to do.
