Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

my son is serving 6 mons. fo DUS 3rd hes never had a drivers license now he has to come home ad face his P.O. for that what can i do to help him

I totally respect your question and your interest to help your son. Unfortunately, I am without a whole lot of ideas. I'm afraid that as a lawyer I am limited to legal answers for people and I just don't have any "legal" answers to your question. I am unaware of what your son's needs are. Maybe consulting with some sort of a counselor might help. You might want to try asking his PO officer. I would imagine that he/her would appreciate your interest. I wish you and your son the best.
