Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina
I got a speeding ticket 59/45 outside Georgetown SC. I think the officer pulled over the wrong car but I will be convicted anyway because that`s how it works. How will I know if the police officer is in court? Can I plea bargain at my arraignment? Who do I bargain with?

You have a 4 point violation and usually they will allow you to ask for a 2 point violation. If they reduce it for you, they will also reduce the points. If you want to talk with the police officer and want to know if he is there, just ask someone that works for the court. Usually there is a bailiff or a sheriff's deputy. Good luck.
