suspended license for controlled substance

I was caught with 7g of pot. not driving, hadnt smoked any that day. but I was in the car with it. I paid the fine. was told it was over. then all of a sudden... my lic has been suspended. that was 3 yrs ago that it happened and just came up on the docket. so I paid the $657 fine. I dont see it as a dui.

Your question was written very confusingly. When you said you were caught with pot, you said you paid the fine. If you paid the fine then the case was over. Then you say it came up on the docket and you paid the fine. Paid the fine on what? Then you say that you "don't see it as a dui." What does that mean? If you would like to try this again I will answer your question. Right now I can't make heads or tails out of what your talking about. What is the exact name of the charge? You didn't say. When you were arrested did you pay a fine or a bond?
