ticketed for speeding while following another car

Can I receive a speeding ticket for speeding if I was behind another car and the cop was coming from the opposite direction? and if so, can he pull me over if he's not behind me and has passed me and is pointing to the right to get me to pull over?

Are you in SC or GA? where was the ticket given?

Basically, yes, he can pull you over in that fashion. Can you win the case? It's possible, based on the fact that his radar equipment might not have registered YOUR speed, but the speed of another car. However, if you were following at the same speed, then that wouldn't work. If your ticket is in SC and you need representation at the trial, feel free to give me a call.
