Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

Traffic Tickets

I know this can be done..I just need the right attorney. I received a speeding ticket. I need to get it either dropped or get it to where I can pay the fine and NO POINTS. I have a friend that gets this done all the time in North Carolina...so I know it can be done....can someone help me??

Its possible, but its harder in SC than NC. We do not have Prayer for Judgement in SC. We can get a 6 point reduce to either a 4 or 2 point. We can also get a 4 point reduced to a 2. However, we cannot get a ticket reduced to a -0- point violation because we simply do not have -0- point speeding violations in SC. On the good side, I have had the officer dismiss the speeding ticket and re-right it for a ticket that carries no points, such as Careless Operation or Improper Start.
