Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina
I am wondering what an Ishmell order written on a bench warrant that was recalled means. It was for a 2nd offense DUS- when the person did not show up at court - a failure to comply was issued and a warrant posted. Then an Ishmell order was given by the court, and the warrant recalled. Does this mean it will be dismissed after fines are paid?

An Ishmell order is when a person misses a court date and they have a valid reason. The judge signs an Ishmell order to re-open the case and allow it to go forward. In your situation there could be more to it. You are welcome to call and I can explain it if you want.
