Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in South Carolina
I am the care taker for my brother,I take care of his finance. Can he sign a quick clam deed or do he need a guardium at litems to represent him.

You do not meantion what sort of disability your brother has. If he is incapable of understanding what is going on go to an attorney to have you or someone else made conservator of your brothers estate. If your brother is mentally disabled and signs a quit claim deed it won't be worth the paper it is written on.
