Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in South Carolina
Combined Probate
My sister passed away March 29, 2005. My brother is executor or the will and her estate is in the probate process. Her husband passed away August 29, 2005. My question is since probate was not finished on her can the two be combined or is it a seperate process?

Must probate each estate separately.
