Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in South Carolina

Family trouble

I need help with to find out about my father past a way a few years ago and left every to my mother,and then one of my sisters got my mother to sighn a power of attony over her and every thing and a dnr,and then she was put in to a nursing home,the first of last month she fell and broke her hip and then she had a stroke.I had a hard time trying to see her but i soved that one with the hospital,now they haved moved her to another nursing home,the nursing home will not tell me any thing and says they are not a loud to because my sister will not put me on the list,and they will not let me see her.Also my sisters say since i was adopted i have no leagl rights to any thing.They sold off every thing that belong to my mother and father and they have the house up for sale.They said that if mother dies the will says they get every thing and me and my brother will not get anything because we are adopted. What can i do because i can not aford a lawlyer.Hope you might can tell me what to do. thanks alot
