Living Trust
My mother & step father have a living trust. My brother, myself & my step sister are all beneficiaries. My mother passed away. My step father is now remarrying. How does this affect the trust & it's beneficiaries?

The only sure way to know what impact would arise is to read the trust. In some cases Trusts divide property into separate portions for each beneficiary. In other trusts there is a "common pot" from which the beneficiaries can draw based upon need or other guidelines controlled by the Trustee.
