Wills and Child Support

I am 39 years old and my father died November 1st, 2008. He never paid child support except for the minimum due is 1973 of $21.53 a month. Is there a way to contest the will based on his lack of child support for those 18 years?

You may be entitled to file a creditors claim against your father's estate.
