I want to contest a Will that was drawn in the state of South Carolina. What form(s) do I need and can I get them on-line?

Re: wills
It doesn't matter where the will was drawn. What matters is the county of his residence at the time of his death. That is where to Will will be probated. Whether you can get the forms online, I don't have any idea. I use my own. Consult with a local attorney.
