Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

I was working on 4/25/07 when i stepped off of a ladder and heard a loud pop in my right calf muscle.i felt instant pain and still have swelling and pain.i have tried to go back to work but it feels like i re-injure it each time i go in.i have been to the workers comp doctor.he took xrays and an ultrasound but never gave me the results.he gave me muscle relaxers and naxopren,put me out of work for 2 days but i am still having pain like the night i injured it.what can i do?
