Use of Sick pay while on Workers Comp
Can I use Sick Pay while I am out on Workers Comp? (My issue is the fact that I make about $2,500 a week and the max under wc is only $661.00. I am a salaried employee).

Using sick pay is a matter between you and your employer and is not govened by the WC laws. Check with your employer.
