Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

unpaid tickets stops my driving

i have a total of 3 tickets in different states not paid and i was recently pulled during a check point and have no license because they are suspended ,how can i resolve this?could i go talk to the judge before court nd try to set up a payment plan or will they not let me do that?can i have it garnished from wages to pay the ticket?help i'm desaparate

First of all, you should know that a lot of states will issue a warrant for your arrest for not paying tickets. You should immediately contact each court where the tickets are and ask if a payment plan is available. As far as your license, the best starting point it the Department of Motor Vehicles. They can tell you what the status is of your license and what needs to be done to get it back. Good luck.
