Legal Question in Banking Law in South Dakota
check endorsing
My father is very old and has become unable to make decisions and to sign his name due to an illness. What needs to be done in order for my mother to endorse the checks payable to him?? Power of Attorney isn't an option because my father can't sign his name and wouldn't comprehend the process.
