Legal Question in Banking Law in South Dakota
minor responsiblities on car loans
My mom cosigned for me on a 2003 impala and both of our names are on the loan. However, she took the car and left to a different state and has not made payments on the car since I made the last one. Am I going to be responsible for the payments of the car considering I am 17 years old, or will my mom be held responsible?

Need to see loan docs, but if you are under age of majority, the contract is voidable as against you.
