Legal Question in Business Law in South Dakota
Home Stereo Sales
My question regards the legal constraints or obligations relating to the selling of home stereo equipment. My situation involves the purchase of stereo equipment from a licensed manufacturing company, after which I sell the product for a profit. I was wondering, at what point is it necessary to be a licensed dealer? Or how much can be sold, without any legal obligations.

Re: Home Stereo Sales
First:are you planning on being an AUthorized Dealer?
Second; are you going to be set up as an LLC or corp? (No one in their right mind would go into that business with personal liability)
Third: have you prepared a business plan?
