Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in South Dakota

EEOC Case/Right to Sue/ Retaliation/Disability

I have 90 days to file my EEOC charge after I get the

Right to Sue letter. Do I also have to file an

administrative claim against the government agency (in

this case a public school) say within 30 to 60 days in

South Dakota? Also in South Dakota what is the statute

of limitations for ''intentional infliction of emotional

distress? Also in South Dakota what is the statute of

limitations for ''personal injury: emotional''? In an EEOC

charge damages are decided based on the employers

number of employees. If the charge is for retaliation

and disability can a person collect damages for both?

My employer gave me a Letter of Termination and they

have not officially terminated me with a Board of

Education. Am I terminated with my Letter of

Termination in South Dakota?

You need to consult a local attorney. There are far too many questions that have a direct effect on your rights in your question.
