construction

Just finished building a house for a customer and know find out they are bad mouthing me. lost a potential new home sale because of this. do I have any recourse against these people?

Dear Builder: You may have a cause of action to sue for defamation, i.e. spoken slander, or libel for any written form of defamation of your good name and reputation.

I urge you to contact an Attorney for advice and assistance, since I am not admitted to practice in your State (Darn it!).
