credit card theft

what happens to a 16 year old who is turing 17 in a month...if she was found by her parents for stealing and using her parents credit card. What would happen to her if she turned her self in?

You need to call a local Atty experienced in Juvenile criminal law.

It may just be probation and restitution (payback).
