creditcard lawsuit against me8k-chance at pro-se need some defensematerial

I need a defense against 35percent intrest on credit card abuse-against me-from citi group- trial date 4-25-09.The judge says he has to rule on president and supreme rulings -all are for the plantiff-case law too.Michigan law limit is25percent-Southdakota is any percent-I have hade the card for sevenyears-paid all payment until 2008-when I saw $235. intrest each month for many years.Any advise --thank you so much Mr. Lawyer-
