Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in South Dakota

My PC is makeing me SICK,retorakly speeking
i bought a pc from gateway pc co.i ordred a pc with a pinthim 3,i was told that i qualyfied for it and i took a loan from there bank.i told the sales rep.that this was my first pc that i did not know any thing about pc.i fill that gateway took well addvatage of that fact and sent me a pc with a celeron proseser.i was told that i would get free soft ware.i'm paying 1,950.00 for a pinthyim 3.and recieved a 492.00 pc because it took me over my 30 day warenty to figurout that i got the screws put to me.then now there using my pc iletrescy.aginest me.thoe i contacted there tech.support line and asked them if i had the pinthim 3 and they said yes.so a little white lie is makeing me pay for something i did not order.or they will turn me into the credit buero.and ruin me.is there any hope for me.

I don't believe your correspondence. Nobody could make so many spelling error. However, if you were "bait and switched" from Pentium III to Celeron, I think we could make a good claim for that. If you want me to assist you in this matter, contact me by e-mail.
