Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Dakota

My dad is being charged with possession with the intent to distribute, he has tried to get out on bond and third party. The judge wont allow it because someone said that my dad is a violent person and he isnt. Is there any way of getting my dad home until his sentencing to be with his family?

You should try to persuade the Court for granting him bail; try to convince the Court by leading adequate evidence in support of your statement.
