do fedral warrants have to have a seal on them? where can i find out more info on drug relaited cases and rights? thank you i hope for a response

No seal is required to make the warrant valid. The signature of the magistrate judge is required if the warrant is based on a complaint. If the warrant is upon an indictment, thenit must be signed by the clerk. In neither case is a seal required. You can find out more about Federal Drug laws in the U.S. Code which you could find at any law school library or any law library such as a County or State law library. These libraries are usually open to the public. Good Luck.
