How is insanity determined in a criminal case?
What happens to the accused if they are found not guilty because of insanity?

the certificate of civil sergeon is required to be obtained and submitted the same to cout alongwith such person to JMFC . JMFC if satisfied passes order to send such person to mental assylum . If the accused is found not guilty because of insanity he is relieved from ordinary punishment send to assylum
