Wrong name search warrent
Is a search warrant legal if the wrong name is on the warrant & the other persons name on the warrant does not reside there?

It is certainly defective, and perhaps fatally so. Consult a criminal defense attorney in your area. The SD Bar Association will provide you with a list of practioners if you don't know any.
