Legal Question in DUI Law in South Dakota
Incompetency
I was charged with a 2nd DUI and hired a lawyer. This lawyer never prepared my for my case and got the dates wrong for both my court appearance and when I was to report to work release. He also showed up for court in cargo khaki pants and a golf polo. Is there anything I can do?
