Legal Question in Family Law in South Dakota

Divorce- Sell things before its filed

Let say a Divorce is emminant. I have purchased things with money I had like a boat, motorcycle, golf cart. I got the money from an Issurance claim. My question is can I sell those things off, like to a friend say for $25, basically so I can buy them back after the Divorce thus no longer having those things in the marriage to sell off in the Divorce settlement. This way she can't touch them. She is due to inherrit 3 million from her father, do I have any part of that. Or does the fact that she will be inheriting that play a part in her selling off my things.

In regards inherited assets,

any asset inherited from the family is excluded from the matrimonial property division.

Therefore, a spouse has no right to claim any interest over another spouse' asset inherited from his or her family.
