Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in South Dakota

contract for deed

Would i get in trouble if i l got out of my contract. i didnt recieve any papers and they did not want to fix my floor because i had a contractor look at the floor also and now we just had a blizzard and now i am having problems with my roof.
