Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in South Dakota

Rent to own
I am renting to own a house. My landlord is having major financial problems. It is looking like everything is going to be taken from her for her debts including the house I am buying. I have been renting to own for 3 years now. I have 2 more years to pay. Can they take it away?

I need to see your contract. You may have rights which protect you if the agreement was drafted properly.
