What is the South Dakota law pertaining to the unlawfulness of people interfering with another persons personal life by a second party contacting a third party and trying to have that third party try to influence the actions of the first party?

Your question was rather confused and convoluted. Let me see if I can put it simply.
A person can speak to anyone that they want about whatever they want until that speech crosses a line that defames another person. In many cases, that defamatory language must result in some quantifiable financial loss. To be defamatory, it must also be made with knowledge that the content of the statement is false or in deliberate disregard of its truth or falsity.
If someone is simply trying to relay messages through a third party, you have the option of simply not listening.
