Legal Question in Business Law in Spain

Business name

I have registered, as a trademark, the name of a publication I produce. Two ex-employees have now set up a copy publication and have added the word''Esp�na'' to the name. e.g. ''Coca Cola Espana''. Is this legal?

The answe to your question with the data you have provided is quite hard. If the name they have registered or are using creates a confusion with your mark, the answer should be no.

Anyway, if you are having problems qwith your ex-employees may the solution is an ilegal concurrence case.
