How to build a porn site?

I am trying to build a porn site, but I have no idea if I can have a problem with the copyright? I will put some staff from internet but I am not sure if is legal or not?

Also I am not sure If I have to pay something for to be a freelance?

Please can you help me?

Dear Sir/Madam,

First of all we need to know where do you live and which market are you targeting. I assume you're in Spain for your postcode, so the answer is:

With the info you have provided, if you build a website and you use images you should have the authorisation from the owner of the IP Rights, that means that if you don�t have it you can get into trouble.

Being a freelance in Spain is not that difficult but you should have your "IAE" (Impuesto de Actividades Economicas) and you will probably need a Social Security number as an "Autonomo".
