Failure to cmplete on a contract

we paid a company �9500 to join a holiday club through their agents who promised cheap holidays & a bankers cert �22,000 to hold for 51 mths we have been trying to cancell the contract since joining as none of the things we were promised have happened the club say they are not responsible for the agent or giving our money back even though they received the full payment.i get no response from the

agents, is there a way to get our money back?

A company which employ an agent are fully liable for the conduct of that agent and for any breach of contract which occurs.

It would certainly sound as if there is a breach of contract here which would entitle you to the return of your money.
