Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Spain
International property
We are Canadian, married in Ontario after which my husband bought a home in Spain and my name is not on the deed, we live here now for a period of 2 years but will not sell it. He called it a retirement home for us, we are in our fifties. If he dies or if I divorce him, am I still entitled to half of this property? He refuses to put my name on it.

Re: International property
With the information you've given it's bot possible to give an accurate answer. Anyway, if Spanish law is applied to your marriage and no other pacts between you and your husband we're signed, you'll be entitled to half of this property.
