Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Spain

I need to obtain a Power of Attorney so that my representative in Spain can act on my behalf to sell a property that I own in Spain.
Can I download such a form and when completed will it be legal in Spain for the purposes already described ?

Dear Sir/Madam,
In order to sell a property in Spain through a representative you need a Power that has to be "recognized" with the La Hay Apostille if your country o residence has undersigned the Convention.
