Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Spain
real lawyer?
I have been contacted by someone in Madrid Spain who claims he is a lawyer and wants to give me an inheritance of one of his (late) clients. His name is David S. Gil and he says he works for Villanueva Abogados. Is this legitamate?

Possibly, but probably not, this sounds like a come on for a variant of the Nigerian Advanced Fee Fraud (also called a 409 fraud). Look up this person on the web.
