Opening bank accounts is a highly sensitive issue, as it can be used for money laundering as well as other similarly illegal acts, which makes it impossible to open up a bank account in a country in which you have no legal residency as it becomes very hard to trace funds, let alone opening accounts over the internet, which violates the minimum basic requirements, such as matching your live signature!!

Nevertheless, I am quite astonished on how that idea might have occured to you & whether there are certain websites advertising such options, which I would like to discuss fully should you need further information, just to make sure that you are not a victim of a fraudulant act.
