I need to know whether aggrivated assault is a felony or a
misdemeaner in Tennessee

In Tennessee, Aggravated Assault is a Class C felony. It carries anywhere from 3 to 15 years depending on the individual's criminal record. If there is no record or very little it carries 3 to 6 years. Contact my office via e-mail.
