i recd an accelerated 1st offense in tn, first one was in colorado, if i leave the state of tn, what is the statute of limmitations for this offense.

1 - I don't know what you mean by "accelerated 1st offense."
2 - If you were charged with the DUI in Tennessee near the time of the offense, the statute of limitation has stopped running. Running of a statute of limitations is measured from the time of the offense to the time of the swearing of the warrant. In most DUI cases, that is a matter of hours.
3 - If you are asking "If I jump bond and don't return to the State of Tennessee to answer an existing Tennessee charge of DUI, how long does Tennesse have to come and get me?" the answer is:
A - Failure to Appear on a DUI is a new Class E Felony offense.
B - If a Felony Failure to Appear warrant is issued against you, it stays valid forever.
C - If you don't come to court after posting bail bond, you can reasonably expect bounty hunters to seek you out and force you back to court so the bonding company will not have to forfeit the bond face amount.
