Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
I received 11/29 probation about a year ago for simple possession in TN i was never arrested and because it was my first offense I was given a pretrial diversion so my question is when applying for a job should I select no on the conviction portion of the application because I have had no luck finding a job and I'm wondering if I've been taking the wrong approach with this thanks

Have you been convicted? NO NO, 1,000 times NO.
A diversion is specifically NOT a conviction for a job application.
And hopefully you will never be convicted.
