Legal Question in Immigration Law in Tennessee

Wife left me after signg i-751

Hi

I sign form i-751 for removal of perment resident. She left me a week later and its been 6 mounths and I still not now where she lives.. Her mail stills come to the house but i only see here for 2 hours a week so she can get her mail. She came here on a k-1 visa. I devorsed here last mounth march 6th.. She stated she not loved me and never really did. I also found out back home(Phillipines) Shes done Porno movies. I not belive untill here sister sent one and yes she was in it having sex in a movie theater her madiam name was also on the credits. She left me high and dry.. She has not ben approved for Perminent Resadency yet and now she has to go for interview with ins. Im not going. I sent a letter to ins with the movie stating all that has happen. What could she exspect to happen at the interview. She doents now i sent the letter for a fraudlent marrige and the movie as well.. What will happen to her. She hurt me very much and i work so hard for her to come here. I took great care of her and her family.. Whats might she go threw in this matter.. Thanks so much..

Re: Wife left me after signg i-751

The fact that your wife left you after signing I-751 does not per se mean that she committed marriage faud. She may still remove the condition and become a lawful permanent resident if she proves that her marriage was bona fide.
