Legal Question in Disability Law in Tennessee

i'm working with a company for 3 months but this week they said i had to start taking my lunch break in the lunchroom.i've quit taking my lunch so i figured i could stay at my desk but today i was sent home for not leaving my workplace.i'm on crutches and it is extremly hard on me to do that.i would like to know what rights do i have legaly about this situation

Generally, simply being on crutches would not fit within the definition of disabled. However, if you are on crutches as the result of a long-term, permanent condition (e.g., muscular dystrophy), then it could constitute a disability. Without more facts, it is impossible to tell.

If you have a disability, then the law will require the employer to grant you a reasonable accommodation of that condition. If you do not have a disability, then it will not.
