Re: disablity claim

Usually a claim is denied at least two times. Just be prepared for the inevitable and continue to file the claim. Make sure that the claim contains all of the necessary information keep copies of everything you submit so you can submit it again. The only thing you can do is have patience and perserverence and keep filing the claim until it is approved. Also keep track of the time from when you were declared disabled to the time you are approved. You may be able to make a claim for payments during that period. I know you can in California I do not know the laws in your state. Ask the person you are dealing with about it and ask them if there is anything you can do to make your claim more complete.
